Laura Mazin

Laura Mazin is the Founder and Director of AchieveAble Pty Ltd. After a hugely successful 25-year career at Telstra, Laura has chosen to lead her own consulting business predominantly in the customer experience and transformation space. Laura brings years of experience in complex operational leadership, in customer experience management, and in telco and financial services.

Under Laura’s direction, her team of consultants will deliver practical outputs that accelerate companies on their customer experience journey. Laura and her team have the scars, wounds, learnings and benefit of many years of personally leading major transformations and customer experience programs, and are adept at sharing those learnings at the Board/Senior Executive level all the way through to the frontline.

Having performed executive roles herself for many years, Laura’s mission is to build capability in others, and share her vast knowledge and experience in order to do so.

Rachel Stenning

Rachel is a long-standing member of the AchieveAble team, supporting many large and medium sized organisations. Rachel is an innovative, strategic, customer focused senior consultant with extensive experience and expertise in leading multifaceted technology and business change programs within complex operating environments, driving large-scale process improvements. With almost 20 years’ experience, 11 of which were spent at Telstra, Rachel has a strong background in customer experience, program management and governance, operations, performance, and improvement, having led Telstra’s CX Program governance, and one of the largest contact centres in Australia.

Peter Jamieson

Peter is an experienced senior executive, a passionate advocate of customers, the people and organisations who serve them.  With leadership experience both within Australia and internationally, working across three industries (Telecommunications, Automotive and Financial Services), Peter has a practical, empathetic and outcomes-based style.

Having led large scale change initiatives, Peter has the experience and self-awareness to listen, learn and understand what is needed for each organisation he works with.  Peter is particularly interested in working with teams to understand and unite around their unique purpose.

Leading large operational teams, across Australian and International sites, Peter is very interested in the organisational systems, structures and processes that enable (and disable) great customer outcomes.
